Maria (she/her) is a warm and experienced Counselling Psychologist who values integrity, fairness and welcomes human diversity and inclusion.

Maria is committed to working with people to provide relief from psychological distress with the aim of restoring better mental health.

With her special interests, Maria seeks to support individuals who may be struggling with:

• Relationship stress and stress at work and family
• Coping with problematic anxiety
• Understanding and managing depression
• Adult survivors of early trauma and its impact
• Grief and loss including complicated bereavement
• Self-esteem and assertiveness
• Life changes and adjustment such as loss of work, separation, new baby
